سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

• • نظرًا لطبيعة المنتجات (البخور والعطور)، لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج بعد فتحه أو استخدامه، وذلك للحفاظ على جودة المنتج.

• • في حال وصول المنتج تالفًا أو مختلفًا عن الطلب، يمكن للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو استرجاع المبلغ، مع ضرورة التواصل خلال 24 ساعة من وقت الاستلام، وإرفاق صورة واضحة للمنتج.

• • يتم مراجعة الطلب بعد استلام المنتج والتأكد من حالته، ومن ثم يتم الاستبدال أو استرجاع المبلغ حسب الحالة.

• • يتم إعادة المبالغ إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع خلال مدة تتراوح من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل.

• • رسوم الشحن والتوصيل غير قابلة للاسترجاع في جميع الحالات

Return and Exchange Policy

• Due to the nature of the products (incense and perfumes), any product cannot be returned or exchanged after it has been opened or used, in order to maintain product quality.

• If the product arrives damaged or different from the order, the customer can request an exchange or refund, provided they contact us within 24 hours of receipt and attach a clear photo of the product.

• The order will be reviewed after the product is received and its condition verified. An exchange or refund will then be processed accordingly.

• Refunds will be issued to the same payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
